DockYard is a new ‘state of the art’ Marine Services Precinct covering approximately 16 Ha of purpose-built marine hardstand and dock facilities.

DockYard compromises of
two businesses.

Separated to ensure the consumer still has access to a common user facility, while also now giving the option of a professionally guided experience.

DockYard Adelaide

DockYard Services takes care of all your vessel needs from annual maintenance to major refits and anything in between. DockYard Adelaide manages the infrastructure and operation of the site including the buildings, marina and lift and hardstand operations.

With the choice of using your own contractor or the ability to ‘DIY’,
DockYard’s staff will guide you in ensuring your experience whilst on-site is seamless and safe.

Our team provide a comprehensive range of services including repairs to all types of recreational trailer boats, leisure vessels, yachts, defense vessels and commercial tourism and fishing vessels.

Dockyard Services offers a comprehensive project management service, whereby we coordinate and organise the agreed scope of works, following assessment of your boat.

The project management includes scheduling, coordinating all trades and sub-contractors including purchasing of hardware and materials.

DockYard Adelaide

DockYard Adelaide manages the 16 Ha site including the grounds, marina and buildings.

DockYard Adelaide also takes care of all your lifting and hardstand operations with machinery on-site capable of lifting vessels up to 150 Ton in weight and the ability to lift larger vessels in conjunction with outside contractors. Housing your vessel on-site is a breeze with long and short term berthing or hardstand arrangements, open and enclosed fit-out sheds for vessels up to 40m and indoor and outdoor trailer boat storage.

DockYard Adelaide is a common user facility, giving visitors the opportunity to work on their own boats or use a contractor that is inducted to the site.
